The brick plant at Glenwood and Tucker was the Pine State Creamery, a dairy farmers’ cooperative. It was built in 1928 in the Art Moderne style, with a three-story tower on the corner. The dairy closed in 1996, and the building was renovated for office and retail use. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
